Google sign-in
We request only your Google account identity and verified email address to confirm that you are an approved member. We store your Google account identifier and email in an expiring server-side session. This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or contacts. A necessary browser cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out revokes that session.
Shared documents and proposals
Both approved members can view the documents, acquisitions and proposal information published from the Ruken desktop application. Proposal submissions contain the name, supplied client/customer information and documents you provide, and record your email address. Submissions are delivered to the desktop for processing. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share with both members.
Storage and use
The shared portal stores its data in Google Cloud. The desktop retains its working data and receives submitted proposals. Saved records and files are retained until Ruken removes them; backups may retain earlier copies. Data is used to operate this workspace, authenticate members and exchange proposal information with the desktop. The portal does not sell identity data, use it for advertising, or send documents to external AI services. Desktop processing is controlled separately by Ruken.
Protection
The portal requires approved sign-in to access workspace data and uses HTTPS, private server storage and expiring sessions. Google provides identity and cloud hosting services. Contact Ruken to request access removal or data deletion.
